Y-3, a collaboration between Yohji Yamamoto and Adidas, is celebrating its 20th anniversary of merging avant-garde fashion with sportswear. As part of this milestone, Y-3 introduces the Y-3 S-GENDO RUN sneaker that fuses legacy, form, and boldness in an ongoing commitment to pushing boundaries in the footwear world. It combines advanced midsole technologies from the latest Adidas running models with the aesthetic heritage of the brand’s archival trainers. The upper is made of sport-inspired breathable mesh, suede, and leather, set atop a Lightstrike midsole and a hollow Pebax® plate with a poured-in EVA element, creating a striking silhouette.
