NEW AND NOTEWORTHY: ADIDAS ORIGINALS AND CRAIG GREEN

The second tie-up between adidas Originals and Craig Green debuted on the British designer’s FW 2020 catwalk during his first-ever show in Paris. “It’s a privilege to create our version of such an icon as the adidas Superstar. We started by finding the place between both brands where our ideas meet and then explored how these concepts could then be pushed even further,” notes Craig Green. Reimagined though one of his archetypal techniques, Green’s take on the CG Superstar is characterized by quilting and line and contrast stitching available in off-white and red or utility black and green. The CG Polta Akh III silhouette, instead, features a transparent layer and printed lining with the adidas Rivalry sole adding a sleek finish. It will be available in grey and white. Each piece in the collection reflects the commitment to design freedom found in both brands.
