KAWS HEADS TO CHANGBAI MOUNTAIN, CHINA

Framed by a cryogenic snow-capped mountain scenery, the eighth installment of Kaws: Holiday Tour was unveiled on top of the Changbai Mountain, located in China's Jilin Province. The installation by American artist and designer Brian Donnelly, AKA as Kaws, features his signature “Companion” character with X-shaped eyes, holding a miniature version of itself on its lap. Two years in the making, the Changbai installation is a collaborative effort between Kaws' longtime partner AllRightsReserved and The North Face.
