And that’s exactly what Jacquemus;did by staging his see-now-buy-now presentation on the exotic Oahu with mostly-Hawaiian models parading down a long blue wooden boardwalk on a white sandy beach.; On an Instagram post, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus said he chose Hawaii for its “awe-inspiring landscapes, diverse climates, and untold biodiversity,” adding how it was the “perfect complement for the exuberant Le Splash collection.” Exuberant it was indeed. Macro and micro checks stripes, bikini tops, loose pants, cut-out dresses, relaxed blazers, and hot pants in vivid sherbet and nectarine hues, plus sandy tones, all made for an eye-catching beachy medley to wear far beyond the waterfront. All topped by a fest of adorable accessories, including the beloved Sac Rond and Bambino bags, plus the new Le Bomba.
