BOTTEGA VENETA PRE SPRING 25

Drawing inspiration from the nostalgia of the '80s and embroidery referencing the film *Splash* with Daryl Hannah, Bottega Veneta pays tribute to Gaetano Pesce, the artist and collaborator of the Maison for the past three years.   "I've read many books on elegance and the sense of style. I've also revisited the films of Anthony Bourdain. There are many parallels between the pleasure of cooking and the joy of adding details to a silhouette. What I wanted to achieve this season was something both pragmatic and hedonistic. I took everything I love. It was like in Italy: when the ingredients are good, there's no need to complicate things."  The Pre-Spring 25 collection creates an original wardrobe, with numerous connections between men's and women's fashion – colorful looks, experiments with weaving, and extreme silhouettes, whether long, structured, or the unexpected mini. Blazy describes it, quoting G. Bruce Boyer's *True Style*: "Elegance is a dialogue between innovation, tradition, and personal taste."
