A LEGEND REVISED: THE NIKE ATMOS AIR MAX 90 “CAMO DUCK”

When in 1990, Nike introduced the Air Max 1, the first-ever sneaker with a visible Air unit, it planted a;seed of change that revolutionized the sneaker scene forever. What started out as an experiment is;terms of responsive cushioning quickly became a cult item, a must-have performance setup for runners;and an icon of street style.
Now, the Beaverton-based powerhouse is celebrating the silhouette’s 30th anniversary by revisiting a;2013 collaboration with legendary Japanese retailer Atmos, defined by a lively “Duck Camo” motif that;commands attention with its vivid Infrared base and faux snakeskin Swoosh. And the legend lives on and;beyond.
